Biography
The Lady of Soul Eleonore Bregu was born in Erseka of Albania on April 08, 1953. In 1959 her family moved to Tirana, where she later attended the Professional High School of Technology. During and after the high school years she worked full-time as a technician at the Textile Factory of Tirana until 1991. On July 20, 1987 the Lady of Soul received the Missionary Order, which is something that she has been entirely dedicated to ever since in order to constitute the Holy Mission Eleonore and construct its spiritual edifices. Despite the fact that the then-communist regime prohibited such activities, the work of the lady of Soul that began in the capital of Albania (Tirana), ever since has grown significantly and expanded geographically as well.
Throughout the years a great number of Albanian and foreign admirers have been involved in this movement, and the spiritual work of the Lady of Soul has reached higher dimensions. A central component of her work consists on bringing and establishing a new philosophy of equilibrium [harmony within, stability], with the intent of improving life at large. This approach has been implemented in a multitude of dimensions, such as the prevention of bloodshed and the preservation of stability in Albania and abroad, the minimization of crime and prostitution by working specifically with these components, the affirmation and realization of the Albanian woman and family by raising the awareness about the actual conditions along with the need to improve them, and the attenuation of the social conflicts in general.
Alongside these engagements the Lady of Soul has published several philosophical and spiritual volumes reflecting on the nature of the society and its individuals, intending the achievement of balance and personal wholeness in all its dimensions.
The Lady of Soul implemented all these activities in structuring and shaping her mission, which was named after its initiator The Holy Mission Eleonore.
